A home for the people who care, and the people they care for.
We started CareDocks because the tools families used to organize care weren’t built for them — they were built for the hospital. We wanted something warmer.
Our mission
Most care happens at home, between people who love each other. The rest of the system — clinicians, case managers, community orgs — shows up around that. CareDocks is a calm, shared place where all of that can coordinate without anyone feeling like a burden.
We measure ourselves by one thing: do family caregivers feel less alone after a month with us? When the answer is yes, the rest takes care of itself.
We are a public benefit company. That isn’t a marketing line — it’s a legal commitment to weigh community impact alongside profit in every product decision we make.
Partners
CareDocks is free for families because community health networks and care coordination organizations pay us to make their work more human. If you run a clinical or community-based care team and want your families using a tool that respects them, we’d love to talk.

For care teams
If you’re a case manager, community health worker, social worker, or care coordinator, CareDocks is built to fit the way you already work — not replace it.
What changes for you
- Families invite you into their circle. You see what they need before you have to call.
- Care notes follow the patient between visits, so you stop chasing updates from three different family members.
- Tasks that don’t need a clinician (rides, meals, company) get picked up by neighbors and family — freeing your hours for the work only you can do.
